- I'm looking for an item that's not on your site... what can I do?
Simply email us with a description
of what you're looking for and we'll do our best to either make or find the item for you.
- Are my orders and information secure?
Scrunchies.com uses SSL encryption for all sensitive information. We make every effort to keep your information
safe and secure.
- Why do items disappear from my cart?
The security settings on your browser are most likely set to block our shopping cart.

- Can I pay for my order using Paypal?
Yes. Simply complete your order online, select 'Paypal' as your payment option, and follow our instructions.
Payments should be sent to 'orders@scrunchies.com'.
- Can I pay by mail using a check?
Yes. You can place your order online, select 'Pay by Mail' and mail in your check. Please note that your
order will not ship until payment is received.
- What are your shipping charges?
Our minimum shipping charge is $4.95 per order and increases from there based on weight and distance travelled.
Once items are in your cart, complete our checkout form and click "continue checkout" to see the exact shipping total.
- How do I track my order?
To see the current status of your order, just click here and
follow the instructions.
- Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
In most cases, we're waiting for a shipment to arrive from the manufacturer. As soon as all your items arrive, your
order will be shipped the same day.
- Do you ship internationally?
Regrettably, Scrunchies.com is no longer shipping outside the US. The low-cost nature of our accessories makes
express shipping impractical and many of our economy shipments were getting lost in transit. Thus we no longer
ship internationally.
- What is your refund/exchange policy?
Scrunchies.com offers a 30-day exchange policy on all UNOPENED hair accessories in their original packaging with
ties, etc. fully intact. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds at this time. Original shipping charges are
non-refundable and new shipping charges will apply to the exchange items being shipped to you. A 10% restocking
fee will be applied to all returned items over $50. Please contact us for exchange/return information.
- I bought an item and it broke, can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately Scrunchies.com cannot replace broken items, however the hair accessory manufacturers often will.
If you contact them directly and they will be able to assist you.
- I need to purchase a lot of items, are there any discounts?
We offer bulk discounts for larger orders... please email us with the items and quantites you need
and we'll be happy to assist you.
